It would appear as though you have changed the use from (I presume) agricultural to leasure. That in its self would need planning consent and because you've done it for the use of enduro bikes and have created permanent features you would be caught within the 14 day rule. I'd remove the permanent features and use any natural or agricultural features as part of any riding but be aware that any track that is formed by such use could be considered permanent.It's a bit annoying that it would appear that your own land is not your own but a free for all would be worse for everybody.
