Bank loan
Dear Mr Mukund,
as far as i know, banks normally do not finance for purchasing land.
u may try it as an integrated project, with total cost of project alongwith
your margin money, rest of the project cost can be by way of bank loan.
but pl check up with your local bank branches before u get the project report
etc.
