I am interested in buying 5-10 acres agricultural land to carry farming activity. The choice crop / fruit trees will be dependent on nature of soil & climate. But ample water throughout the year is prime requirement along with direct road access and 100% clear title goes without saying. There also needs to be availability of labour around. My budget is around 30-40 lacs.
