I want to buy land in Karnataka, somewhere around tumkur. Since I am not an agriculturist and income above 2 Lakh I cannot buy land in Karnataka therefore I need to buy Min 0.4 acre land in TN (correct me if I am wrong) with a buy back offer to gain the farmer certificate so that I can buy agri land in Karnataka. Could someone help me on this and any person already done this kind of deal can provide some information or contact details on this.
