Hello, First of all one should be farmer, its a basic requirement of Law, then Revenue Records like 7/12, 8A, 6A, documents to check, Land should be of Juni Sharat, ect. so many aspect to check. If you are new, don't jump blindly. Take advise of person who knows revenue laws.
