I wish to inform you that I have gone through Training programme for one week in Indo Danish farm located in Hesargatta, Bangalore. With knowledge of dairy farm I have planned to start small dairy farm in Bangalore (Karnataka)
I have planned start small dairy with about 10 cows HF, JERSEEY
I have taken the 10 acres land from the Trust Management for the 10 years situated at Magadi Road, Bangalore
Dairy Setup
Shed: ( inside the shed alteration work to be done)
1. 30 x 60 Shed is already constructed (Facing East and West) Available
2. Partition to be done with individually cows (Steel cubic partition to be done)
3. Water Facilities (Available)
4. Concrete molded inside the shed
Dairy Equipments
1. Milking Vacuums machine to be purchased (I need distributors nearest Bangalore)
2. Chaff Cutter Machine to be purchase (I need distributors nearest Bangalore)
3. Cans and buckets and Trolley to be purchase (I need distributors nearest Bangalore )
Marketing of Milk
Available Near KMF Nadini Dairy
1. Trade buy cow
1. Project report to be prepared to approach bank loan
2. Collateral Security papers of land Available existing loan from the bank
3. Packing Milk with covers and Machinery requirements
Some body to help me out gets it clear the same which is requirement before purchasing of cow.

Please clarify the same and help me to get project report since I need to approach bank loan existing bank.

Dear Shankar,
Dr. Basappa and others might have already told you the strategy of dairy.
Everything is ready now except.
1. Trade buy cow.
10 cows will cost you around 6 to 7 lakhs.
Before project report, please check with the bank where present loan is availed and get their opinion on granting loan on the property already mortgaged to present loan and if they are comfort to extend loan felicity than you can go ahead with present project if you wanted to set up dairy solely on loan from Bank. otherwise go ahead with the following.

1. Planting of fodder is must first.
