Preparation of vermicompost

I have 2 acres of plainland and 10 acres of arcanut and coconut plantation.. i have planned to prepare vermi compost... can some body give me d information of preparing it and mention d crietirias for preparation...

Vermicompost

Dear sir,
*sir open a pit of 2.5 feet depth,4 feet width and convienent leanth.
*devide pit into 3 layers hard at base,medium at mid layer and soft at top.
*add dry hard agriculture waste at fisrst layer
* add cow dung slury on top of each layer.
* repete for further layers.
* wet the pit for 15 days later u can leave earthworms two to three kgs.
* after three months vermicompost ready.
* water every day depending on climate.
