I have a pond 12mtr X 20 mtr long and 4 metre deep.Its full of water all through the year.Could you please help with suggestions of any cultivation on it.Fish or squids or shrimps.

Dont ewen think of squid,if you are having freshwater, 1st decide wether you would like to do intensive or semi intensive or extensive ,select the best available fish seeds and shrimp larvae( scampi or shrimps) from your nearby area its costing its availability year around,check in for feed availability in your area
check for the market value of the fish or shrimp u wish to culture
workers labourers security of the pond all should be calculated evaluated
i suggest you can start a small extensive farm ,if you are in Northern Part of India go for teh 6 species Culture of Indian Carps & chinese Carps < Check with you agriculture or fisheries departments on availability of seeds or training you may need
Spend less initially and see how it works
