How are the pellets produced by flat die pellets mill? As its name suggests, flat die pellet mill works under the running of the main components—dies and rollers. During pelletizing, the die of this mill will turn while rollers keep stationary or the die keeps stationary while rollers turn. By this, a great force will be produced to compress raw materials into die holes. After a knife cut the columned granules to uniform length, pellets are finished and will come out from the mill.
