Plants nursery question..

Dear all,
I hope you are doing great.
I'm a landscape engineer in a Health Governmental sector with capacity 1500 patients beds in Saudi Arabia. I will be in charge to design and build a plants nursery in one of the biggest medical cities in the kingdom.
So, I need you to help me with the best way to build that nursery and what do you recommend to put in.
I'm looking for your feedback soon,

Dear sir, please indicate which type of nursery i.e whether plants like crotons with coloourful green leaf foliage or Perennial flowers or seasonal flowers to be grown in the beds etch
