Khamer Tree

Dear Sir,
Actually I am intended to plant some 1000 plants of Sagon(teak) but somebody has suggested me to go for Khamer instead of teak.
I am from MP and I have come to know that it is a good option after teak.
I have also found a detailed pdf file in google specially about it but still In wanted to know more about it from you so that my investment should not go waste.
Please do the needful.
