Dear Friends,
After spending so much time to find a good piece of land and settled for an affordable price.
Now I am wondering , how people are able to purchase huge chunks of land and enjoy the ownership in Karnataka, in the presence of so many laws that dont allow large scale farming.
I am interested in speaking with owners/consultants on how to purchase and own lands in excess of 54 acres of dry land.
1).I am eligible to purchase land in karnataka, as I own agriculture land i another part of India.
But I am trying to see solutions on how one has overcame land ceiling issue and are currently holding big chunks of agriculture land.
