Plant tissue culture

Hi friends
I would like to set up a tissue culture firm for export purpose. Can any one hlep me to know what are all the basic needs for plant tissue culture and also its expenditure? Is it necessary to set up a green house set up and how much it will cost??

Dear sir,
It is difficult to say the cost involved in establishing tissue culture lab and more with out experience going for TC is not advisable so pls get the training regardsing enterprunership in TC then plant for set up u will have to need 10 to 15 lakh depending on the situvation to set both TC and poly house of 5 quntas.
