I have around 3 acres of agriculture land near Kelshi. Land is almost 70% table and 30% slope.
I am planning to do small size plotting project. Basic idea is I will do the plots of 3000SQ/Feet.
The land has slight sea view.
I have following questions:-
1) What all things which I need to consider before starting this project.
2) Which all risks are involved?
3) I am planning to first apply for Collector N/A and then planning to do the advertisement. Is this a good idea?
4) How much the land development cost will occur?
5) What all legal problems are involved?
6) And very important, is this good idea?
