Potato
Technically, it is potato flakes. Before doing anything, you have to bear two things in mind:
1. Do you have a regular source of potatoes to run the plant all year round, with sucrose content less than 0.5%. This is important because if the content is more, the products made from the flake would tend to turn brown upon cooking and demand of your product would go down.
2. Do you have the necessary capital to invest in a project betwee, Rs. 15-22 crores.
