Never try Vermy compost. The so called vermy compost contains heavy metal to my knowledge , which can make your farmers product polluted with heavy metal .
That worm is not an earth worm .
They are created by the Grand Geometrician of the Universe .. The Universial Architect ( God Almighty) Himself for certain other regions of earth for another purpose.
Shall post you answer if you require.
Now you can with your rawmeterial can make compost adding 10% of leaves of leguminous plants and sell to your farmers , if you are interested in helping them .

My further thoughts for Kr swathy.
For a place like Boston in USA , where the climate goes to extream cold . In November December there would be 3 to 5 feet of Ice on the ground , earlier grass and leaves would be there as in a deep freezer .
And by May June weather would be warm and the entire area would be covered with green grass and all trees would be with green leaves .
In the mid period What happened .
As the temperature increased Ice became water and the underneath leaves and grass decayed and became compost , and the compost worm like Esanoa phoiteda started operating and started to eat the compost . The worms were then immediately eaten away by birds .
And the grass sprouted and the spring started .
We in India do not need these Compost worms .
The Grand Geometrician has planned defferently .
Rest I am leaving to your Imagination .

Hello
I am writing to share my experience with earth worms in north India.
Leaves, crowding beds consumed by earth worms are digested and expelled with their enzymes. These enzymes enrich the soil as micronutrients. I have tried patches of same crops fertilise with just cow dung, just vemicompost and combination of bio dynamic compost and vermicompost.
Th last did best, the second much better than plain cow dung manure.
You can also soal vermicompost in water and use th water for a faster effecient nutrient dispenser for vegetables.

These worms are a type that Live just 5/10" below surface , eggs hatching in the field burrow in , bring air to the soil and create better conditions for humus to be integrated. We have been regenerating almost dead soil in low rainfall regions and vermicompost has been a big aid.

Regrtbfully I have no experience with palm or coconut leaves. You could try chopping them up for easier breakdown and using bio dynamic inoculated compost making method.
Good luck
