Organic farming: Dhaincha cultivation to improve soil fertility

Has anyone done first hand cultivation of Dhaincha (Sesbania Aculeata) and seen the results of improved Soil fertility? I would like to understand the steps involved in detail as well as any other inputs that were incorporated.
