Mini diary project with 20 cows

My name is jeyaseelan from rajapalayam, tamilnadu.i am having 2 acres of land and i like to start a cow(diary) farm, i am in need of investment or finance- as u wish we can do in joint venture or else i will give my land documents for pledging,.in my area they are taking the milk for 19rs and payment settlement is every month.
