I want to set up an agriculture based industry in and around Indore.

My inclination is to produce Potato Flour.

Please let me know if I can get any type of consultancy from some where?

One such is Ministry of Food processing

I have 100 acres 80kms from mumbai, with Lake attached to the property. What business can you propose

If the lake is large and is owned by you....you may consider Fish Farming. Rohu and Catla varieties grow well in fresh water and can get a good price. You will have both Pune and Mumbai as your market.
