New Member - Need guidance

Hi All,

I am new to this forum as well as with no experience in farming or agriculture industry. I wish to start up a eucalyptus plantation farm with land on lease and looking forward for expert advise(s) through this forum.

Draft Plan -

I plan to take 10 acres of land in Dist Ferozpur -Punjab @ 25 thousand acre/year and will cost me 2 lakh 50 thousand every year.
Can plant around 800 - 1000 plants in 1 acre costing 4 Rs each sampling.
so for 7 years the cost will be

Lease Cost Sampling Cost
2,50,000 * 7 + 10000 * 4 = 17, 50, 000 + 40,000 = 17, 90,000 INR

Adding a Miscellaneous expense of 5 lacs this will end up around 23 lakhs

I am under impression that 800 trees/acre grows well = 8000 trees total

and selling price of trees would be 2000 per tress funding 1, 60, 00, 000 at the end of 7th year. wish to understand if this is near to reality or unrealistic or any better plantation can be of more help required less labour.

it is a tissue culture teak plants.it's my plan and given great suggesion sir,
Can teak plants around 440 plants in 1 acre costing 60 Rs each sampling.
so for 7 years the cost will be
Lease Cost Sampling Cost
2,50,000 * 7 + 4400 * 60 = 17, 50, 000 + 2,64,000 = 20,14,000 INR

Adding a Miscellaneous expense of 2 lacs this will end up around 22 lakhs

that 440 trees/acre grows well = 4400 trees total

and selling price of trees would be minimum 6000 per funding 2,64,00,000 at the end of 7th year.
