The new leaves on my mango tree are falling like rain. They are being 'cut' off where they meet the stem - only the leaf stalk is remaining. I have found a small insect - brown with a yellowish head and pointy nose - like a weevil about half a centimetre long flying around it. I have been spraying often with nicotine and neem oil spray but problem not finished. Another tree close by is not affected - but seem to love mine.
