Neem, Match wood tree plantation advice (Timber Trees)

Hi

I am planning to plant trees in our land, part of the land are being used for regular crops cultivation and we have enough water for those crops only , remaining land is not used for cultivation, we are planning to plant trees in the remaining land (about 15 acres), I am thinking of trees such as Neem, Match wood or tamarind tree which sustains drought like condition and requires less water and less maintenance, we have very less water to support these trees. can you please suggest / recommend us the tree which will be good in this condition, also duration in which i can start selling the trees.
