Needs advice for Dairy farming

Hi ,
I am interested in start Dairy farming business but my doubt is that
What to do with the male calves born by their cows. I am pure vegetarian.
I do not want to send these(the male calves born by their cows) to slaughterhouse.

Is there any substitute of it ?

What if male child born in human's life?
In animal husbandry also male and female ratio has to maintain multiplication of their numbers and also to upgrade the breeds. Hence male calf is required for semen production, Therefore don't worry, be happy.

Dear Kiran,

I can suggest Panjrapoles in Gujarat, There are JAIN religion run shelters for retired cattle, they are fed on donation money received by the trust.
