Question Need suggestions to start a Biodiesel business.

Hello everyone,
I am Parth Agrawal. I am interested to start a Biodeisel business. I have been researching about it for a quiet a few days now but haven't got much useful data. I would really appreciate if someone could guide me in the right direction.
Also, I have few basic questions too.
1. Is it necessary to have a farm to start a Biodeisel plant? Can't we just buy the required crop from someone?
2. How much would it roughly cost to start such a project?
