Hello, I am IT professional and interested in agriculture produce, I want to know how can I grow produce on contract term basis like:
1. How to know who can provide me the land on contract?
2. What is the average cost/rent per SQFT or acre/Hectare paid to the owner in North India near NCR Cities like Delhi/Gurgaon or UP like Lucknow etc.
3. What are the contract terms and conditions and benefits and risks involved?
4. How can I get labors?
5. Will owner get the agri produce and I will buy from him or I will deploy my own labors and equipment's etc.?
6. How is the cost and profit ratio?
7. How to get the market?
