Need information regarding aloe vera farming

I want to start aloe vera farming but don't have any idea where to start.... need useful suggestions.
I have a piece of 5 hectares land in pathankot distt of punjab.
Is there any kind of training required for it....if yes, then from where i'll get it.
May I give it to some contractors or not...?
