Need information on government subsidy for agriculture borewell.

Hi Everyone, I'm Gunal and we've 5 acres of land in Tamilnadu and one borewell. Unfortunately a couple of months ago our motor fell down in the bore well and technicians advised to dig a new borewell for 250 feets. Can anyone help me out to know about the government subsidy for Borewells ?? Are there any schemes either in state or central government available to lend loan with subside for agricultural borewells??? If so please share the procedure to apply for it...
