need help new to farming

hello every one. i have option leasing land for 7years. but this land never been used before. its not flat. but with little bit of labeling its possible to plough with tractor. what will be best way to start.

Level the land if necessary, Plough the land, get the soil analysis done and then look for awater source nearby, get the water analysis done and then with these results you can decide on what to plant and how to start.
