Need experts opinion on buy and establish agriculture farm land for fruit cultivation

Hi,
I am from west bengal and am working in Hyderabad. I am interested buy some acres of agricultural land for fruit cultivation and developing vacation farm house within 100 kms radius to the Hyderabad city. I need some expert suggestion for following-

1. Any rule/law in AP prohibits me doing this?
2. Which specific regions the soil is good for fruit plantations?
3. Any professional help from the community or government establish all required?
