Hello

I want to buy land in buy some land in the south and start agriculture. I wanted to enquire of the following :

Selection of land:Bage Palli,Puttaparthi, Panakonda or Roddam
selection of crop: grapes, pomegranates, lemon, banana, papaya or just timber
irrigation system: Tube wells ?
manpower management
power management
farm planning

This is my first time, i need someone to guide me with everything
