Need advice:- Borewell drilling point survey

I would like to get a survey done for best borewell drill point in the 8 acres of land I have purchased.
Please help me find whom to approach. I am not able to google Ground Water Deparmment Karnataka Office address.
I will be thankfull for any information and advice in this matter.
There are 4 lakes around .8 to 1 km redius from the land. Water channel runs within about 100 feet of the land. This channel runs full only 6 months in a year. At the present there are about 410 number of 10-12 years coconut plants in the land.
