It is part of eco township project by STHAAVAR of 110 acres to develop a roll model as a Vedic Gram
It is based on the values of restoration of natural habitats and diversity of nature are guiding principles. Attention to water shades and following the contours and slope at landscape is distinctive characteristics of this project design. Prevention of soil, water, local flora is guiding principle for any development variables.
Project design also considers the exposure of wind and sun,frequency of rainfall,creating micro climate, capacity to retain water. Water bodies may be created to retain water on its way for irrigation,micro climate and beauty.
