murrah buffalo cost including transportation from haryana to nalgonda

i am in a plan to setup a dairyfarm of 30 murrah buffaloes and later few months i want to expand it to hundreds.how much i have to spend on each murrah of good health and in second lactation.including transport
please give me your suggestions
