Maize processing plant is an integrated line which should be monitored by a power control system to optimize the production.
Modern power control system is made up of the motor control center and the central control cabinet. It adopts intelligent instrument and strong current control cabinet to form second level monitor management system.
MCC cabinet is in the central control room. According to the technological flow section setting, each control cabinet requires to be installed master switch and indexing ammeter. The cable incoming line is led to the master switch top part of each strong current control cabinet through low voltage distribution board.
The cabinet shell adopts national standard GGD combination sideboard. Each equipment requires to be controlled by independent unit and equipped with breaker, alternating current contactor and thermal relay with features of overload and short-circuit protection, dust prevention, safety and easy maintenance. All of the electric appliances are effectively grounded.
