As the product of MAIZE PROCESSING MACHINERY, starch is a polymer compound of carbohydrate, and its molecular formula can be simply expressed as: (C6H10O5) n, which has two molecular structures: amylose and amylopectin.

The amylose consists of polydextrose molecule chain links, being 2-1.4 glycosidic bond. One amylose molecule contains about 200 to 980 glucose groups; its molecular weight is 32,000 to 160,000. The amylopectin molecular structure is little different. In addition to 2-1.4 key linking, there are 2-1.6 side chain linking together. An amylopectin molecule has 600 to 6000 glucose group on average, and its molecular weight is 100,000 to 1,000,000.

Process Overview:

3, the screening process: in maize processing machinery, crush corn to make the best of germ completely releasing and germ extracting, in order to facilitate extracting starch milk in next procedure. Through the pin grinding processing, release coupling amyloid on the fibers without making the fiber too small. By screening, extract the starch from fibers as much as possible.

4, the separation and washing process: separate most of the protein and starch contained in the crude starch milk, and remove the remaining protein and solvend in maize processing machinery by further washing, make into the fine starch milk finished products meeting the requirements.

5, the starch drying process: by heating, flowing, vaporization and cyclone separation, to get starch finished products, just for the whole maize processing machinery storing, transporting and using easily.
