looking for job to learn share more ideas

Hi,

I am jeevan lookin for a job in a farm which is completely based on plantation. Vegetables or any farm's where there are regular day in day out activities of farming is going on. I am from a service industry who have worked with multiple MNC's. As me being from a farming family would like to share my ideas and learn more so would request. I can help with the maintance of man power, maintance of life stock so on. I belive in work experience is better then studied. So i can help you in your production and learn more so that will help me build my knowledge.

If any one would like to offer and teach me would be great full from a heart.
