Hi,
I am looking for an agricultural land of around 5-7 acres within 120 kms from Bangalore. I am ready to pay around 4 lacs per acre for the land. The requirements I am looking for:
1. Service (Connection for atleast 5hp) - This is a must for me.
2. Good soil.
3. Road point access to tarred road.
I am ok if there are no existing trees in farm.
