Im from Puri town in ORISSA STATE.
I need a loan of Rs, 25 lakhs for additional construction of my guest house rooms as puri is a tourist place and the tourist inflow is year round.I have to construct around 5-7 rooms for the same. I have already a running guest house in that plot where I also live. IT IS MY ANCESTRAL HOUSE.
The loan will be divided in two parts- one part of around 12-14 lakhs for guest house and another portion of Rs 10 lakhs + will be used in purchase of agricultural land for RICE-FISH-POULTRY farm . the farming will be under the guidance of CRRI cuttack which has successfully implemented the project for some farmers of orissa.
The tenure of the loan will be 7 years with a moratarium period of 1 year.
NO ADVANCE PAYMENT IN THE SHAPE OF PROCESSING FEES ETC WILL BE PAID AS I HAVE PREVIOUSLY FALLEN IN THE HANDS OF TOUTS AND LOST MONEY.
Interested financiers are welcome with their details in my PM or if it is full then pl post in this thread MENTIONING MY NAME so that i can follow it and contact them.
