Dear All,
Although I had posted previously about equity investment opportunity in our unique green power project being done in Tamilnadu just wanted to give an update.
We are just about to sign the investment agreement with the VC company who are going to invest about Rs. 18.00 Crs in our project.
To facilitate interested people in investing in our project, we have taken a special clearence from the VC company to allow individuals to invest in our project before the agreement signing date, which is going to be 15th Feb 2012.
So if any of you are really interested in investing then please do get in touch with me at the earliest. The minimum investment is Rs. 2.00 Lacs and we are currently allotting our company equity shares at Rs. 50.00 (where as the per share price is Rs. 108/-)
