Why are agri lands in tamil nadu sold at exorbitant rate compared to A.P or Karnataka ? It is not possible to locate a decent land at a cheaper rate(say,2-3 lacs) at a distance of even 150 KM from chennai. Compartively, Karnataka possess good water sources & fertile soil but the lands are cheaper (looking at the numerous ads posted here).
Is it due to the greedy land brokers who hype up or the looting politicans who buy in bulk? Looks like in fewer years time, all TN agri lands will be converted and people will turn to other states for basic commodities.
