Where and how can I get the land map of districts in tamilnadu?

I want the land map of vellore/kanchipuram districts. I need to get data about the type of soil distributed in the areas. Wanted to know for cultivation purpose.

Is there any office I need to follow up to get the maps?
Is it possible to land map per taluk/town?
