Hello Guys
We have agricultural land in punjab(ancestral) we are not statying in punjab
gives land to someone in that village for cultivating and take annual amount from him
oflate we experience on of our relatives tried to grab portion of land by fraudently making papers, we have not let him do that but have to spend money bribing officials etc even though we are owners and our relative commitied crime
also we heard stories where person cultivating land for n years refuse to vacate land and claim ownership, dranconian laws also favour him and eventually he becomes owner
to avoid such instance in future is there any legal remedy which can ensure no one can grab our land any permanent fix
