Hello,
We have 100 acres of land available for sale. We can procure more if you want upto 1000 acres in the same area.
Land is 7 km from NH-17 and 4 Km from Mahad MIDC. District Raigad - Taluka- Mahad.
Good for jatropha, bamboo and medicinal plantation.
Land is road touching and has electricity pole.
Mountainous terrain with lot of flat land(60%).
Water is available from a river nearby. also, great possibility of water harvesting as heavy rains in Konkan area.
We have done soil testing and it is good quality soil. We also have weather data from Met dept.
We wont be able to sell parts.
Paperwork and land titles are clean.
