3) I see a lot of IT guys around Banglore AND chennai who are getting together to buy farm lands as a community. I am surprised at not seeing the same kind of enthuaism from Mysoreians . If a farm- under 10 acres, with good ground water, fertile soil and with good access is available just about 1.5 hrs drive from mysore and hardly 60 mins. drive from infosys City, and where the price is realistic, wondering, surprising. from this land u can grow commercial crops, earn handsome income @ save income tax also. Realy it is fantastic
