I have few queries regarding land ceiling act. pls give me ur inputs to clarify the same. They are:
1. Is there any limit for land ceiling on the agri lands purchasing by forming agricultural firm (pvt ltd)? etc
2. or if we want to acquire around 500 do we need to form several pvt ltd to avoid land ceiling act for agriculture in mp as ceiling per person is 50 acres for dry land
3. or for just one pvt ltd company or just divide share between 10 shareholder to avoid land ceiling or there is no land ceiling act applies on pvt ltd company owning land and doing agriculture in mp and rajasthan
4.is the income from agriculture of pvt ltd company is also comes under tax free income if only income come from agriculture
. If so, how much?
3. Are there any specific acts for states like madhya pradesh and rajasthan ? what I meant was, are there any different rules for different states?
Pls resolve my queries.
