I am looking out for 1Acre of land around Mumbai, preferably around Thane or further. (100-150km range) My budget is 1Lac.

Nature Of Biz: Emu Farming
Land: 1Acre
Type: Flat Ground
Access: Quick access with good enough road.
Adequate Water & Electricity Supply.
Close to a river or Dam will be an advantage.
