We have agriculture land near Srirangapattana and it is very tough to get hold of labours and morever their demands are very high. If this continues then it will be very tough for us to run the agriculture business. Many labours are migrating to cities like Bangalore/Mysore so that they can get better money with less effort. Because of labour problem, many of my friends & relatives have sold their land to some outsiders. By condering the current propulation growth, their will definately be a great demand for agriculture business but it will be too late for us. Less land and water resources for more pupulation.
