Important Announcement from ISH
Seminar and Consultancy in Sustainable and Modern Methods of Agriculture- Introducing Israeli Professor Raanan Katzir
The Institute of Simplified Hydroponics, Bangalore, , has immense pleasure in announcing a Seminar in Sustainable and Modern Methods of Agriculture at Bangalore between the 7th-8th Dec and 18th-19th Dec 2009, in two separate phases. In addition -what’s more, Prof Katzir, will be available for all those who wish, to have one on one consultation with him for their specific agricultural needs.
Our Institute is indeed proud to say that within one year of its operations in India under the “Pet Bharo Project”, has made a mark in Indian Horticulture by the introduction of Soil-less Cultivation/Hydroponics Training.
Not allowing ourselves to rest on our laurels, this Institute has now made a new beginning by bringing the best of breed agricultural professors and scientists from around the world to India throughout the year from this seminar onwards. This will enable budding Indian agricultural entrepreneurs gain knowledge in modern methodologies of agriculture.
Prof Raanan Katzir, is a world renowned Agronomist and a leading figure in the agricultural field and presently the Director of the SACOG (Sustainable Agriculture Consulting Group), a renowned organization in Israel.
The unassuming Prof Raanan Katzir, aged 74, belies his age and his knowledge of agriculture that spans more than 50 years, is a goldmine of immense knowledge, experience and information. He has, in his arsenal amazing methods and techniques, which, if well adopted and tried can change the face of Indian agriculture several notches. His knowledge is of value to all those who have great passion for agriculture and especially for those who wish to move on from the spoils of the erstwhile profitable ‘Green’ to the oncoming onslaught of an even more powerful ‘Rainbow’ revolution. Being in the company of Prof Katzir, instantly brings down the veils of ignorance and opens one’s eyes to the world of light and profuse illumination.
Prof Katzir is an extremely busy man and has a schedule which keeps him hopping from one part of the world to another, lecturing myriad audiences, sharing from his vast armoury of experience, spanning more than 50 years. It is indeed an honour for a start-up company like ours, with just a year of operations in India, to have Prof Katzir accept our invitation to come over to India, under the aegis of the ISH, Bangalore. This, indeed, is recognition of our good work and the potential that ISH offers for the future of India and the world at large through its field of Soilless Cultivation/Hydroponics. ISH has so far, trained more than 500 students from across the length and breadth of India in less than a year.
This is an opportunity of a lifetime for all those passionate Indian agriculturists to partake and involve, in an event of great significance.
ISH welcomes you to this Seminar.
Namaste!
