I am setting up an enzyme processing business in India ( near to Bangalore in Karnataka) in next 4 months for manufacturing Papain enzyme. I am looking for atleast 20 investors who can invest 2- 5 lacs INR one time with an additional monthly investment of 2000-5000 INR for first two years. one time investment is for setting up the infrastructure and monthly investment is for operation expenditures. I would also be one of the Investor and also play the role of the managing director for this business. The business model is to establish the business for three years and sell it after three years and then divide the profit/loss as per the shares. The investors will not have any role in the day to day operations in the business and would only take part in the quarterly performance meetings.
I am currently working in an MNC at a senior manager level taking home 1.2 laks a month. I would be resigning from my existing job to dedicate myself to this business. So you can understand the seriousness of my intent. Just like in any business, there is a risk of losing your investment in this business as well. Hence People who look at this as investment option and are ready to take this risk are only requested to come forward.
The reason for me to be publishing this business idea in this forum is because it is related to agriculture. For the Papain enzyme extraction, we will have to set up a network of farmers with whom we will have a farming contract. Thus we would also be giving job and means of income to the farmers.
