Dear All ,
I have 10 acres of land on Agreement for purchase, near tumkur, koratkere, with 300 feet good water availablity, looking who can invest 1Lac and above for group farming activities on the land, for your investment the land will be leased/Registred on the investor name as a surity,and collective agricuture activities will be started with additional inputs with fencing leveling bore etc we can put one family for maintennace and what ever the returns will be shared among the investors after deducting maintenance cost/ salary etc , with in one year we can get minimum 35% of our return, by putting G-9 banana plant/corn/ragi/vegitables Butten rose etc . it is a collective effort. only limited numbers can be accomadated with like minded investors.with long term relationship of bussiness and getting good return out of the land and keep on expanding our land base from the retuns of the corps. Bulk investors are also welcome for this group.it is in initial stage, investors can discuss future plans and can be implemented with all investors concers. it is a group effort and intitiating with true sprit and Faith. join the hands for Green Revolution.
